I wasn't discussing 1st amendment law, I was merely pointing out what I said was my OPINION. Because of the lawsuit I make sure to go out of my way to label my OPINION as my OPINION. I wouldn't want anyone to mix up my OPINION with a statement of FACT, even though unless a statement of fact is SOURCED that it is obviously an OPINION that is posted on an OPINION thread, and that OPINIONS are protected forms of speech. I think as long as you read the thread of a company that sues people for posting their OPINIONS, you'll just have to learn to live with the disclaimer. Of course everything I have just stated is my OPINION, with the exception of certain historical statements. Barb
