It was quiet because I was gone :-)

I made the BK court run today. In the docket was the "Notice of Motion and Motion for the final decree closing case; memorandum of points and authorities; and declaration of Michael W. Fernandez in support thereof".

It also stated that any interested party desiring to oppose the motion must file 11 days prior to the court date. There were no filings.

Here are some pertinent excerpts as I see it.

"All motions, contested matters, and adversary proceedings have been finally resolved. TMm has complied with all provisions of the plan."

"Pursuant to the terms of the Plan (article V), the Holders in class 7 were required to surrender their Debtor Common share certificates by the effective date of January 23,1995 or, if not so surrendered, then the Holders would be liable to the Debtor for the dollar value of the shares in an amount calculated by the terms of the Plan. All the Debtor Common share certificates were surrendered prior to the effective date except for the share certificates owned by Stephen Randall Jackson and Katherine Jackson. The Debtor has filed a civil action in the Los Angeles Superior Court...to recover damages as a result of the failure ....to surrender their shares or make payment to the Debtor for the dollar value of the shares."

"Debtor and Iterated Systems, Inc ("ISI") entered into a contract on September 26,1992 to grant Debtor certain licensing rights with respect to the fractal compression technology of ISI. In October 1994, Pyramid Trust assigned to Debtor certain additional contract rights with ISI regarding modified video compression technology. On March 21,1996, Debtor and ISI entered into an agreement regarding the licensing rights of the Debtor."

So next Wednesday April 22, at 2:30pm this BK should be over. As I have said earlier I will be out of town. If there is anyone available to attend to give a report please do so. I would love to be able to close this myself. I think there should be some shareholder representative there if at all possible. So someone please step forward!!!!

Anyone wanting a complete copy of the filing please e-mail me a fax number quickly. I leave Friday morning early (6am)
