This is copied from my etrade account:

"There is a charge for this service of $5.00 per certificate to be issued. To use this form for requesting certificates, the owner of the issued certificates and the owner of the E*TRADE account they're being issued from must be the same. If you want to request certificates in a name other than the one on your E*TRADE account, click here to read the information in Withdrawing Securities."

"After you make your request, we send it on to the transfer agent for each security. You can expect to receive your certificate(s) within 4-6 weeks of when we receive your request."

4-6 weeks? No problem, I don't plan to sell until 2001. I want my certificates! Oh, your transfer agent does have them, doesn't he? I'll let you guys know what they look like when I get them :-)
