Mr. Kirwin is quite accurate in his assessment of the relative importance of a buyback announcement. I have seen many buyback approvals only partially acted upon because the stock price began to appreciate beyond a point that prohibited substantial internal purchase. IMHO current pricing of TASA is but a fraction of what a long term "value investor" might project. They, as we , will purchase at an optimal market advantage. $250,000 spent now could well be valued $1,000,000 two years hence. But in any case i will not "wait" until I see such buying to prompt further strengthening of my position. Regards, Bret P
