No, I am saying that INTC has made NO gains in the last 8 months. Actually INTC traded at this level in Februaury 1997 so it is trading at the same level it was at 14 months ago. It just hasn't made new highs in 8 months.

Hell, if Coke can have flat to down earnings and trade at a PE close to 50 INTC can certainly trade at 20 times earnings. INTC is cyclical. Sometimes their earnings aren't so hot and then sometimes they explode 100% year over year. I suppose people are betting that things are looking up from here. Insiders don't act so bullish but this is a manic market so people don't care.

I'm not long INTC, just thought I would give an opposing viewpoint.
