In the REALLY long view,I agree with you David.What I think though is
the internet stocks are running up to values too extreme when measured against the time before all this comes to fruition,and this is where I see the danger for someone buying at these levels with a buy and hold view.Recent history has shone us,the tech stocks,when the investors have a change of perception can fall at a nasty pace.But then AOL just
keeps on going,and the shorts are being slaughtered,so what do I know--it is just an opinion,nothing else.max

Agree, there is only so much fund available to advertise. People who brought
these stocks at these levels are the funds and individuals who follow the
crowd. The best money has already been made by those who are the sellers.
