Company Press Release

Liberty Capital Affirmed As Digitcom Representative

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 1998--Digitcom Interactive Video Network (OTC:DGIV - news) affirmed its continuing relationship with Liberty Capital Inc. of Bellingham, Wash., as the company's public relations firm in answer to confusion recently detected among investors.

Liberty Capital shares investor relations responsibilities for Digitcom with Worldvision Financial of Casselberry, Fla.

Digitcom spokesperson Roger Templeton said: ''We value the contribution that both Liberty Capital and Worldvision have made to Digitcom and look forward to their continuing to inform our shareholders of events that may impact them. We're confident that both firms are working in the interest of maintaining shareholder's value and in the long-term interests of the company.''

''Liberty Capital will continue to represent DGIV to it's shareholder base and to new shareholders. Worldvision works with us in representing DGIV, and any allegation of antagonism is wholly false,'' said Jay Greig, president and chief executive officer of Liberty Capital.
