Nice story in the NY Law Journal Recently about Judge Jones. She "sentenced" an atty who "knew not" the Rules of Federal Procedure and thereby created havoc in a case before her to "Remedial Education" as part of her discipline imposed on they atty for being a"loose cannon". Nice photo of her. She is fairly young and attractive. There may be a SRO crowd at the hearing (now that Yankee fans are "out in the Street"! Rosen, get me a seat behind Fink.
