Stevie,

Right on! I think all companies have rumors spread about them sooner or later. Some good, some bad. Some companies have bombs exploded at their facilities to manipulate the market.(Biochem Pharma) I feel we understand the internet form. It can easily be used to slant news, conceal intentions, good or bad but we can sort through it. So lay it on me. I (we) will figure it out ie. whether its worthwhile or not. That's why I have a Pooper Scooper. LOL The stocks I feel that are now being hyped are internet stocks. Yahoo, Excite, K-tel are just a few. In Canada, are banks trading by their fundamentals? I think not.

GPW is a well managed company. I have not seen or heard any hype about it. I believe the company has the wherewithal to grow larger and increase shareholder value. Management is prudent and possesses the right strategy to do this. And I am betting they will succeed. Not all companies doing Y2K will be able to make it, so investors must be cautious.

With a lot of hard work from management and a little luck, GPW will reward investors handsomely.

Regards
redeye

Stocks don't go up because third tier brokerage firms issue recommendations. Guys look at the fundamentals.
