Addi, let me say this. I'm still guardedly optimistic of XECOM's chances of making it as a company, i.e., becoming profitable. Like you, I question the credentials of our management team. As someone who has extensive experience with SEC filings, deadlines, etc., let me say that XECOM's being late yet again is absolutely inexcusable, and I wouldn't be surprised if we wound up getting kick off of the OTC bulletin board into the pink sheets, which would mean death for XECOM stock. P.S. Anyone--not only the company--can call a shareholders meeting. Just an idea. TJS
