The worldwide advertising reach of the Web, as opposed to a sign on a business or office or newspaper ad, will nearly force people to set up a web site if they want to expand at minimal cost. The service providers will collect $19 and up per mo. from every web user, with nominal charges for setting up or maintaining an advertising site.
