I read about the 3-for-2 stock split in Moneynet, and there was no "possibel lost data" there.

I did a double take on this as well. It is from a messed-up Reuters item ("AFTER THE BELL - Apple eases after earns") and the statement about a 3-for-2 split actually concerns a software company called Veritas (VRTS). This sort of thing seems to happen an inordinate amount with Reuters.

Fingers, toes, and eyes crossed for tomorrow's open...
