I wonder if we could all as shareholders respect the Band and the company. LETS ALL HALT POSTING ON THIS SILICON. I think the next posting should be a new release if it happens tomorrow or in the next 6 months. BUT UNTIL THEN STOP POSTING Us as investors who want to know the status of the projects, phone the company and ONLY THE COMPANY. Who would better know than the company. Us as investors who don't like what we are told by the IR. at Sungold. Us as investors who don't like the long wait. THEN SELL YOUR SHARES We try to teach our kids about respect. Will lets respect confidentially Us as investors want to talk to someone, send them an email! Us as investors who think that they could do much better if they were running the company. Mike, I concur with your thoughts, although one comment you made begs the following question/comment. You stated, "To further speculate, the disagreement may be based on a desire of the company to release info pleasing to us shareholders which the band feels may have a negative impact on the processing of the application." It is the latter part of the above sentence that leaves a number of us (I am being presumptuous) puzzled. Namely, how exactly would a release by Sungold (presumably a positive one) negatively affect their application to the BIA. Without further speculation, I beleive it is best to do what John has suggested, simply call the company and ask. Regards
