David F. Hi!!! Thanks for the post and reassurance of his honesty...what continues to impress me are the stories I hear about the man and the products he creates...you have just been added to the list....and, .what Sig just stated is so true..(.quite frankly, Sig missed his calling).....Michael gives his word and to hear others say how satisfied they are with the product or the possible repair of...that is creating that universal language he speaks of...www. Dell.com/ is not just an internet site to buy something...it is becoming more and more known as a source of where one can buy the best at a bargain and expect it to be backed with great service....it is so refreshing though to find this in a product...we've all been screwed as a consumer...Dell keeps it's word.. To put it mildly, Michael is happy he has succeeded with this strategy....his smile and that smurk of pride stand out so clearly to me....he has developed all this at the incredible age of 33....Success has come by establishing this pride... this is the way it should be...why pay somebody to tell you what to buy?? If it is a great product...then it should sell itself..Obviously,.Michael's strategy is working...BIG TIME....and I'm here for the ride...and a long one at that.... Thanks again for your comments....
