I am a holder, independent of these newsletter recommendations, they may put some spotlight on a company you may not have heard of, but as far as I'm concerned they are "bogus". They couldn't even get the correct date of the shareholders meeting! Many of us could put 5 microcaps against theirs and we'll see who comes out on top, SCTI should stand on its own and they have the products to perform well, especially at this price. The proposed buyback and merger both make SOME sense but the guidelines for the shareholder meeting tomorrow are already set from the meeting filing with the SEC. Don't expect too much out of this meeting tomorrow, however there should be plenty of strong news to come over the next few weeks as products go to market and relisting on the NASDAQ moves towards reality. Everyone should be concerned about their cash position going forward...issuing more shares may be the only way to raise the needed funds. By the way, I do like this stock despite the caution I carry. Plenty of upside potential there JUST MY OPINION!!!
