Ramesh-
I've only been in this stock a few weeks. Got in at 28 1/4 when I thought it was about to break out. My "eternal optimism" is with the market in general, not with regard to this particular company. I will be out of PRIA within a couple of months.

Total shares outstanding, from the sources I've checked, is 19.6M. The float is 15-16M, which I believe is just what you said, total shares minus those held by inside parties.

I heard that the equipment btb ratio came in at 0.80. Bad news, huh? Also, PRIA has held below $25 which was formerly a key support point. And OBV looks very worrisome.

So how's that for eternal optimism?
