At one time I would not invest in HK-listed firms incorporated externally -- in Bermuda, for instance. I have since acquiesced, but only to be involved in what appear to be remarkable situations.

Would anyone else have an opinion on this?

Actually, I was with my parents, sister and our respective spouses celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. As they do not
have a PC, I almost had to check into the "Betty Ford Internet Clinic". <bg>
