You have no details about the Marconi deal. Don't think for a minute that they paid $10.90 in cash with no "special clauses." The language of the deal could be such that the payment is dependent on a certain percentage above the average stock price over a period of time. Or there could be some other fine print that favors Marconi.

There may be a rebound, but I don't think it will be any time soon. At best NovAtel will be in the 5-7 range for quite awhile. Why sit with dead money in such a great bull market?

Given past history with this company, I have zero faith in management. Good luck to all the longs. I'll be waiting for the class action suit to materialize.

Tango/SwrdFish et al:

Tango/SwrdFsh, I agree with you and have added to my position here today. While I think the issue of a potential violation of insider rules is a point to consider, CMW's transaction, I have ascertained, does fully comply with all applicable regulations. I think one has to ask the question, if NGPSF's outlook were as bleak as some suggest, one didn't CMW just walk from the "marketing" arrangement??

FWIW
