You're right, that is a tremendous amount of work to do, so I have to agree. If they are producing by July 1, they will have have done very well.

Further to my financial forecasts, someone has pointed out an error. I have not taken into consideration the cost of borrowing money and depreciation of equipment. The bond at 12% needs to be paid, which will cost $60,000 per year, there may be other interest costs, say $25,000, and 5 yr depreciation on $1,000,000 of equipment will cost $200,0000. This is a total of $285,000 per year, a major additional expense. This results in a reduction of 2 cents per share from my earlier numbers.

Some of you may think I am feeding this stuff to you from the company. But Doug Maclean the president is quite upset with me. In no way did the company give me these numbers to share with you. Doug doesn't want anything published that can be used against him by the stock exchange. The numbers are all mine and my personal opinion. I had to glean these assumptions from the press release and from various contacts I have at Markatech and the industry.

But I don't give a damn if Doug is upset. Us shareholders are tired of waiting for him to deliver value, and the last thing I want to see is the shareholders who have taken the company this far selling out because they have given up hope.

I think it is there in black and white. My projection shows there is reason for hope and hanging in there.
