As long as some folks are in thought-welcoming mode, I'd guess that pressure on the stock price is due to fears that the deal is taking so long not because of any enormous complexity attending a distribution arrangement but because Chromatics is not being offered a financial and/or control arrangement they consider satisfactory. It's certainly my key insecurity anyway. Of course, I'd be happy to be dead wrong about this, but it's why I reduced my position shortly after the split. Nevertheless, if the stock drifts another point lower, I'll likely, with heavy sighs, increase my position.

I hope that this negatively charged thought doesn't cause anyone out there to chew off his shirt buttons. How about if I add that every time CCSI drops it does, sooner or later, recover.
