Bill,

You are supposed to take no more than one pill per day.

You don't have to take one pill per day unless you want to always be ready for sex. And that is assuming that you will only have sex at a certain time each day because the pill lasts no more than 2 to 4 hours. The pill has it's problems in terms of timing.
