The focus is on the narrow bandwidth, which is important, but it is more an issue for the lens designer. I understand that the power repeatability of each pulse is very important for CD uniformity across the (scanned) field which directly goes to die yield. It is important to check how the competition performs in this regard. CYMI published this type of result at SPIE. I'll let you know what I find out.

Thannks. I thought I had seen something like that, and it confirms that L-P's release is indeed a bit weasel-worded, although I am too ignorant to discount them entirely . . . .
