Brumley the fall guy? Or did he just find the PDP guys too hard to work with? I guess it is not too early to say that the merger crippled the old Mesa's momentum, at least in the short term. If you look back, Mesa was an almost pure natural gas play, and natural gas prices have held up well. Unfortunately, PXD is a 50/50 split between oil and gas, and the oil is dragging them down. IMHO, Brumley is leaving because it's just no fun going to the office anymore... Regards, NOEL

Any insight into what the rating agencies think about the company's prospects ?
