Brumley the fall guy? Or did he just find the PDP guys too hard to work with?

I guess it is not too early to say that the merger crippled the old Mesa's momentum, at least in the short term. If you look back, Mesa was an almost pure natural gas play, and natural gas prices have held up well. Unfortunately, PXD is a 50/50 split between oil and gas, and the oil is dragging them down. IMHO, Brumley is leaving because it's just no fun going to the office anymore...

Regards,

NOEL

Zebraspot: What's your latest view on PXD?
- Anymore comments on the Chairman's new role?
- Still feel they are overleveraged (have they sold any assets recently to offset debt)?
- what about your comment on "BAD NEWS COMING" - can you say more yet?
Thanks for the help,
Rock Doctor
