I just hope the shorts know what they are getting themselves into. Even if this company is the biggest scam in the world it could still be manipulated much higher now that everyone is short and thinking that they are in control.

Does everyone remember what SIEB did earlier this year? Up nearly 600% while the CEO practically begged people not to buy the stock, saying there was no reason for the move. That is what happens to low float stocks that shorts pile into.

The valuations for this company aren't extreme considering they are profitable and have nearly $100 million in sales. KTEL doesn't have any big time marketing agreements with YHOO or NSCP to draw people to it's site so that's why it doesn't deserve the valuations of a CDNW or an NTKI. It's behind the eight ball for the time being.

I suppose we'll see what kind of advertising campaign they can put together. It looks like they have enough capital to do it.
