Here's an interesting tidbit from the WSJ's Washington Wire column:

"COMING CLEAN: The EPA next week will issue a study on emission standards due by 2004 that is likely to call for tougher controls on sport-utility vehicles and light trucks. It may also call for the removal of a current exemption that allows more pollution from diesel engines."

If they remove the exemption for diesel engines, then that means more Turbopacs sold, yes?
