The bulk of the 3000 will be phased out by attrition - Intel will not replace those people who leave of their own accord. This was all spelled out in their earnings report. Anybody with an ounce of intelligence would have grasped that simple concept - clearly stated in Intel's report. Unless of course you were out in the parking lot selling hot dogs. Paul
