I am sure a lot of Corel shareholders, like me, witheld
their votes for Cowpland as a member of the Board of Directors.
The news report (probably lifted from a Corel press release)
that 95 percent of Corel shares were voted for the recommended
slate says nothing about how what percent of the vote
Cowpland received personally. I bet he got only a bare
majority, if that. As there were no other candidates, I
suppose that even if there was only Cowpland voting for
himself, he would still be "elected".

Has anyone heard (or will Corel say) what percent of the
votes were withheld for Cowpland?
