Bill; Looks like we get a dip today, Friday and all maybe it will
be a fair one..going to be one of those watch the interday charts
---------------
At the bottom of message 16556 yesterday I said I was hoping for
a dip to get back in..all I had was a hunch.
---------------
I will do some averaging of my MEAG/TAIL thing today and pass it
on..a quick take on it puts the top 10 up about 14.7% since
I last weighted it, but the bottom 20 are up over 21% ,,that
means the tail has gained almost 7% more than the head..
that inflates the index..as the head accounts for almost
4 times the market cap the tail does..could easly lead
to a 15% correction as the market over reacts both ways.
---------------------------------
Yet I do not see that kind of correction yet; the head after
all is still going up..it's after it actually dips that
I think the correction will come..right now the mid caps
are still subject to climb more..1 to 10B cap stocks are
out running every thing but the little small micro caps..
with the miro caps you need a basket as while as a group
they beat every thing hands down if you only have one or
two you can get burned bad, as they also have a lot of
failures. It's just that the winners in that area have more
upside percentage wise than any were else, and if you have
a good basket you come out ahead.
------------------------
Any way if the dip today looks good enough I may enter some
funds and pick up one or two out of favor issues
I'v had my eye on..problem with the funds I have to call in
by 2pm to get them and latly the market has been making
sizable swings late in the day.
Wish I was more up to date on the CEs.
Even if I do go back in it will not be all out.
Jim

Bill; BOTH Asia and Europe are down broadly..and this is the most
fear I'v see in a while ..they are not mixed they are down..
all but Greece and Turkey..( they up strong ) but they are small
compared to most of the others..thats like a small cap making
an index look good..
Lot's of fear in the market , maybe Greece and Turkey haven't heard
what the rest has..?

Bill,
Things are getting pretty intense now.My gut says we are very close but the charts say wait.I hate it when that happens! Now that we have more time before May expiry,I am not as concerned about trying to forecast beyond a few days.Today and tomorrow will keep me on the edge of my seat!
Regards,
Barbara
