CFCC----From the morning paper---- Thursday, April 16 [Meyer Group, Ed Meyer] Neuvo Energy Co (NEV) 35 7/8 down 1/8. Our sources,who are specialists in M&A pricing, tell us NEV is a "must own". Only 5 points off its low for the last 52 weeks, the stock has had a high of 52 7/8. Corfacts (CFCC) 0.24 bid, 0.28 ask, traded on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board. After the close CFCC announced that they had achieved record results for the calendar year ended 12/31/97 versus 96. Revenues more than tripled to $2,174,399. EPS were $0.036 cents in 98 versus a loss of$.008 in 96. (97 earnings include an income tax benefit of $183,750. CFCC provides outbound telemarketing services for clients throughout the US and has recently expended its medical practice building division. CFCC will be starting a financial telemarketing division and a general consumer division in the 2Q98. Management projected record 1Q98 revenues and earnings WALL ST WHISPERS Thursday, April 16 in excess of $0.02 per share. For the year, CFCC could earn as much as $0.10 per share.
