Kerm/ thanks for comments & also thanks again to you & the bunch at the Korner for posting releases and keeping the porfolios current. About Upton, at the moment I'm not sure who's in area on your side of the line. I jumped in purely because I figured most of the downside had been scraped away. I'm prepared to hold for a while as I expect there's still some penalty-box time to be paid for last years performance (non). Saw another little release that I haven't had time to followup, something about AOG (Alberta Oil & Gas or something) doing some money shuffles and private numbered companies. I think the new configuration will be called Edge Energy or something. Know anything? release was on ISDN a day or two ago & I suspect it's already posted at the Korner. Thanks again.

Couillard has resigned as senior vice-president, exploration and production of the company. Mr McGregor also announced his intention to step down as CEO of the company and that the search for a president and CEO has been started through O'Callaghan Honey.
