Regarding FCSE's earnings announcement and subsequent press release...

FCSE announced earnings of .03 per share for this quarter vs. consensus estimates (via baseline) of .01 per share. As well, it is notable that they were only supposed to make .06 per share for the entire year according to baseline.

Good news: earnings, gross profits rise 61% year over year, and gross income rises 2114% year over year.

Bad news: OEM sales declined 58% due to Zenith's (not mentioned specifically, but that is the company that is having trouble) financial difficulties. This is offset by the new press release stating that they have signed Samsung to an OEM deal.

Seems like good news to me, but I guess only the ticker will tell this morning...
