Joe,

If you know of another company with FDA approval for any specific
use, please post. I may be wrong, but I don't think there are any
at this time.

The reason I say this is that I recently had a
conversation with a broker from an investment firm in Boston called
Leerink, Swann and Company. They specialize in medical stocks. We
were discussing another stock waiting for FDA approval for their
digital mammography unit which his company is recommending. He was
telling me how they would be the first to get FDA approval
(expected this summer) and would be at least 6 months ahead of
the competition.

I told him about Swissray and how they already had FDA approval for
their complete system and he was quite surprised to say the least. He
of course had never heard of Swissray.

He said he would have some of the doctors who do their evaluating
check into Swissray and its products and get back to me. I haven't
heard back from him yet. That was about a week ago.

Obviously the fact that he never heard of Swissray is part
of the problem. They need to become more well-known and take
advantage of the lead they have at the moment. Maybe they need
to place one of their units in the Cleveland Clinic or Mayo Clinic
for free on a trial basis just to get the exposure. If it works as
well as they say, it would certainly enhance their reputation.
