50% Margins are weak? What correspondence business school did you get your diploma at? The margins may be weaker than last year, but they are still up from the last quarter. I will take all the sales at 49.6% margin you can give me. This is a hardware company, not a software company. Apparently Charlie is purchasing equipment to ramp up for higher volumes. I view that as a positive. I will take sharply increased sales at 45% to 50% margin over flat sales at 55% margin anyday.
