In today's Barron's BE Aerospace (BEAV-NNM) by Ladenburg Thalmann (31 3/4 , April 28) Buy. We have updated our earnings model to include the acquisition of Puritan-Bennett Aero Systems and Aircraft Modular Products. Our estimates for reported EPS remain unchanged. However, we are revising our estimates for fully-taxed earnings from $1.50 to $1.55 in calendar 1998, and from $2.10 to $2.40 in calendar 1999. We expect a rapid acceleration in quarterly earnings per share, comparisons with 40% growth in the second (August) quarter and about 70% in both the third (November) and fourth (February) quarters.
