One should read carefully the reply

PARS officially has to distance itself from the post.

Answer post = read post.
So they follow it.

The use of PARS is best through its Internet site and news releases.
Interviews etc.
I do not know if posting is same.
Any one care to give legal opinion.

PARS is correct to distance itself from fraudulent use
of Dr. Aviv's name. Read back posts here: The CFO, Bob
Cook, receives e-mail from the PARS website, but who
would believe a top official would post on the boards
given the liability he/she would incur? That's why Blue
Sky paragraphs are appended to every news release and
even SEC documents.

I hope they will notify Yahoo that someone has done that.
Bland though the message was, that's a deliberate attempt
to fool investors and can't be in sync with the terms of
service rules generally accepted by most board posters/
readers.

We should instead be discussing the import of the argument
with the Chief Scientist's office in Israel about R&D
funding.....
