James, Reading the last news release should answer the question about where the money is coming from... Did you notice that a building or construction permit is being secured? There are always business expenses James, this happens in any business, but remember there are other pipelines already in place and have been producing quiet awhile now. Keep, digging there is much to uncover on this one... Dusty
