Did you even try to get shares? I know several people that couldn't even get any shares to short so maybe nothing was missed. You sound like your upset because you missed out on a chance to catch a pullback ina stock. These happen all the time, and there will be another along soon.

If you wanted to shrt it because you think the company is a joke and doesn't justify the valuation, then you could have shorted it at 22 this morning, no big difference. If the stock deserves to go back to 6 it doesn't make any difference whether you short it at 22 or 25.

I would suggest that if you don't think the fundamentals are bad enough and it was only a good short because it ran up so fast, that it is probably just as well that you don't short it. I don't think it is a good idea to short a company with such a small float just fro profit taking. Better to decide that the company is a total hoax or something first.

Anyway I think it goes higher on the back of the shorts
