erg - you asked: How cheap could the INTC April 80s be bought for Wed am?
I love options in the last few days, because the premium is very low on liquid stocks. It is, however, playing with fire if anything pushes the stock in the wrong direction.
Yesterday, even with the volatility, INTC Apr 80 puts had only a 1/4 point premium on the ask, and no premium on the bid. I paid 2 3/4, so the stock must have been 77 1/2 at the time.
The great thing is that it moves point for point for only a very small fraction on the price of the stock. I wish that I could find high price stocks with options that have low premiums, every day, but it doesn't happen.
Meanwhile, my MU puts are looking good, but I will hold them as long as MU remains in the down channel. Maybe see 25 in the next few weeks.
