Pete, thanks for the summary. I see bullish sentiment around 69% this week despite the little pullback we had. I wonder if this internet craze with XCIT etc. is speculation prior to correction or worse though some of these stocks have been getting positive comments by brokers.

Pete: Thank you for that masterful summary of the Sheldon
Jacobs' speech before the AAII. Certain it is we all agree
that it was most kind of you to take the time and effort to
recapitulate for us Mister Jacobs' thoughtful market analysis
and interesting recommendations. It would seem that long in-
vestors, especially, non Star Ship MoneyTalk investors throwing
money wholesale at this market to the exclusion of a dollar cost
averaging methodology had better hope there is no truth to the
twice-told observation that the "market always regresses to the
mean." Indeed, one can imagine legion reckless speculators, pre-
sently masquerading as momentum investors and the like, now
offering desperate supplications imploring that the mean shall
move. After all, subject to amendment, has not Brinker cited
an overall historical price-earnings ratio of 14 for the S&P 500?
Meanwhile, last week Brinker noted that said index is currently
banging at the door of P/E 24.

Pete: Great summary. Good advice for anybody, I think.
Bob and Sheldon make quite a pair, don't they?
