Hello, All CVIA Investors!

I am a fellow investor and felt compelled to post this because of all the negative reaction to the reverse split. Go back to post #3305. With 20/20 hindsight it accurately predicted this reverse split.

When I first bought CVIA shares, I intended it to be a short term investment and decided to sell it with its first run up to almost 3 cents. It was only because of the terrible system with my broker (Discover...they are ok for options and regular stocks but horrible for penny stocks) that I ended up keeping CVIA.

Then I became convinced I should keep it and see how things turn out because of the honesty of Jack Arnold, Wayne, and Milk (remember when other posters tried to pump up CVIA with false rumors?).

The only thing that bothered me was that Jack Arnold may be a bit naive. Not a bad thing, but it seemed to me that he was not a stockholder "psychoanalyst". This appears to me to be the cause of the huge blunder in the timing of the reverse split. If you consider that Jack Arnold is a numbers cruncher, he may have just thought that getting the stock to a valuation of $6 and on NASDAQ would benefit all shareholders.

Why could I still think that? Because I realize that there is a huge diversity in the human race. The mistake in timing is the type of thing I might have done.

Either Jack Arnold is a well-intentioned person or hugely crafty and incredibly evil. I took a chance that he is the former.

If no one sold their shares when the announcement was made, we would still be looking at $6 per share. If only some sold off it could drop to be $5 per share, worst case $4 per share....I could see the logic there.

Remember when others were trying to pump up the stock on false rumors, Jack Arnold nullified the rumors. So he may not have thought of letting the stock increase in value before the split.

I will hold my shares and wait for more facts before jumping in on the lawsuit bandwagon.

Good Luck to us all.
