Agreed about the dead weight. Best news announcement to date in my never to be humble opinion. Quick review of 10K found some interesting points - 1. The company placed an overall value of $4Million on it's PartiMax business (sold a 15% interest @ $600K) 2. The company placed an overall value of $4Million on it's share of Sonic bingo (sold a 18.75% interest @ $750K) 3. BTC agreement calls for minimum of $350K

This is a general opinion only and not necessarily addressed at anyone in particular. Most respectable business people rely on the quality of their product and/or personnel for their success. In my humble opinion, anyone who has to resort to following the competition around verbally trashing them to anyone who will listen, is in no position to be passing judgement on anyone else or deciding whether or not they have "respect" for them. Should I EVER discover one of my employees participating in this type of business practice, you can be assured they would be on the outside looking in before the hour was over. Just a thought.
