Actually I ws responding to IRA but yes of course the general market weakness would tend to offset some bullishness but there should of been an initial surge on DEC from those numbers. All I know is that CPQ and DEC staged a strong rally into earnings and then fizzled. That tells me that the price included the earnings. your reasons are also valid and they may be more correct than my assumptions but that's how I see it.
