Actually Puppetmaster is probably silent because nothing has changed with this lousy company...the only development is a few dozen new lawsuits. please short lots of shares ASAP so you can make $$$$$$. Dauntless, aren't you being a little too optomistic? How can you justify a statement like "Lawsuits will collapse when NDA files." If you have taken the time to read one, you would know that they don't even mention an NDA filing. The suits were brought because the co. made false statements reguarding products and patents. The stock price rose dramatically. When the truth was revealed, the price droped dramatically. People lost a lot of money on the false information. Even if Vasomax becomes the most successful MED drug known to man, it will not affect the validity of the lawsuits. Come hell or high water, Zonagen will have to deal with the lawsuits, which are a slam dunk for the plaintifs. That is why you see so many attorneys jumping on the band wagon. It is easy money! If Vasomax is successful, that just means there is more money for the lawyers to get!:-D
