Thanks for your EXCELLENT REPLY!!! I totally agree with all that you said..Yes! I still own the stock and I am a little frustrated but not emotional..This stock is a very small part of my holdings and I did make my first buy in the fall of 1995. I have a couple of holdings that I call "My Sack Cloth and Ashes STOCKS" I have followed the fortunes of CRUS and CY (the other dog) very closely since 1995 and they both have been awful performers. It has been dead money so I have used the experience to become an amateur analyst in the semis so I have made very good money in other semis and sectors. I would not have followed these companies so closely if I were not underwater.

YOu are right...Every dog has it's day and these will too. Either through selling the companies, new management, mergers, or a hot new semi run with them having the right products which generate good profits. Right now these are "Hobby Companies" for the senior management and I believe this will change soon...

Again thanks for your reply!!

Regards

cb
