Gary, I am sure Djane and others are very knowledgeable in this area. However, I know that Glenn R. in particular is very well qualified/experienced in the over-all options study/observation. Also there is guy by the name of Carl Rohman, who had quite a few excellent posts of discussion regarding to your specific questions. I think you can find those posts around the post #10,000.
