<<In addition, SAPHY share price is so expensive>>

I don't understand that. If you believe in the company and its growth, then share price doesn't matter. 10 shares in a $160 is the same as 100 shares in a $16 or 200 in a $8 stock. It is the $$ amount controlled, not the number of shares.

Take a look at these two links:
warrantonline.de
exchange.de

Hope this helps a bit. If you need further information just ask. I don't understand your argument about the stock price being expensive. Apart from psychology it does not matter what price a stock has. I own some Roche (Swiss Pharmaceutical giant) and their share price is DM 19,000.
