Am I wrong, or was the last lawsuit in Minnesota concerning passive smoking much less important than this one in Florida?
The public interest was very strong that time, even on the German TV there were reports about it. Today .. . nothing

qcom, I just went through the following Web sites: CNN, CNNfn, CNBC, CNBC.WSJ.COM, MSNBC, CBS.MARKETEDGE.COM, ABCNEWS.COM, and Yahoo! -- and I found that not a single one of those sites had an article about the Judge's decision in the Florida case. Not a single one! Makes you wonder... Of course, if you look up news for MO, you find two articles (PRNewswire and BusinessWire) notably Reuters is missing.
