I guess if they bought three weeks ago at 24 it was worthwhile for them...otherwise they lost money. I think most all the funds were out by the January lows and ESV hasn't been below 24 since then. All the funds that bought since January had to pay at least 24. I'm thinking that this is more related to the overall market. The odor from the S & P is carrying over here I'm afraid. The DOW would really be down if it wasn't for the oils today. Is it correction time? There was a lot of talk at the ongoing G& meeting about the DOW being way too high and correction wouldn't hurt the world economy.... Perhaps the bull market is finally getting shaky.
