Alex, When I phoned Innovacom earlier this week to speak to Ben, they told me he was no longer with the company and referred me to a lady off-site who is evidently working with Mr. Pai. She told me they were working on getting several products to market, and expected to have the initial product to market in "60 to 90 days." Did you have a chance to discuss this with Mr. Pai? How do you think having the product launch in mid-June or July will affect the stock price or ability of MPEG to compete? Lastly, do you know if they have made other changes in personnel in the company, or is this the only change (with the exception of the new CEO)? Eric
