TO ALL: Just caught up with the posts... First of all, Wayne stepped up to the plate and spend many a quarter keeping us informed with the best info he could obtain. Jack and Keith were and still are our only contacts and only source of info. Their tone of voice, moods, and choice of words is all we had to make our judgements and decisions. They did not sound like slick talking PR guys hyping CVIA and neither did Wayne. In fact, during the last run up, it was Wayne who called and posted the facts in a clear concise way. Wayne stay close and keep posting. The same goes to all the rest or the posters. We need balanced thoughts from all sides in order to consider all options. I'm glad KAA was able to attract legal representation as at this point we need to consider ALL options and show WOTD that we are standing firm as a group. Interested law firms may provide us some leverage in reversing some of this fiasco. (Although, if they postpone or reverse the the reverse and the price recovers, then those who sold will probably want to sue...) The MM are eating all this up and are playing this rather well. They are the only ones making money. I'm sure most, if not ALL of us, were looking for a nice run to say .06 to a dime so that we could sell a portion and have some free shares prior to the reverse. What we need form WOTD is some real information, with a real business plan, supported with a real SEC filing and some real names behind WOTD's "privacy status".
